The biggest difference between carbon fiber new energy buses and traditional buses is that they adopt a subway-style design concept. The entire vehicle adopts a wheel-side independent suspension drive system, a flat, low-floor, and large aisle layout. It enables passengers to board and ride in one step. Obstacles pass quickly.

For the first time, carbon fiber new energy buses have applied two new technologies, lightweight body and wheel motor drive, and their overall energy consumption is reduced by about 30% compared with ordinary pure electric buses of the same type. Calculated on the basis of 500,000 kilometers of operation in 8 years, 18 new lightweight buses will save about 2.7 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and reduce carbon emissions by 332 tons of standard coal. In addition, after the bus is lightweight, the braking distance becomes shorter and the vehicle travels more safely. The carbon fiber composite material used in the body has good chemical resistance, which can extend the life of the body by 6-8 years, and the riding experience is better.
