A. The customer should arrange reasonably according to the use site, pay attention to the location of the power source, the flatness of the ground, and the foundation of the large hydraulic press.

B. Check whether the joints of the installed hydraulic system are firm, whether the electrical contacts are installed in place, etc.

C. According to the type of hydraulic press and processing requirements, formulate targeted and practical safety operating procedures, and conduct necessary job training and safety education.

D. Before starting the equipment, check whether the operating part of the hydraulic press is in an effective state, whether the safety protection device is intact and easy to use, and whether there are any abnormalities in the structure of each part.

E. Before formal work, it must go through an idling test machine to confirm that each part is normal before it can work. All unnecessary items on the workbench should be cleaned up before starting the machine to prevent the sudden start of the sliding block caused by shaking off and hitting people or hitting the switch.

F. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to directly reach into the mold mouth to fetch objects by hand, and hand tools shall not be placed on the mold.

G. When adjusting the position of the work piece in the die area or taking the work piece stuck in the die, the machine must be stopped.

H. If multiple people operate the same hydraulic press, there should be a unified command and clear signal, wait for the other party to make a clear response, and confirm to leave the dangerous area before moving.

I. Sudden power failure or operation should be turned off the power, and clean the hydraulic press.

J. When the hydraulic press is overhauled, adjusted, and when the mold is installed, adjusted, and disassembled, it should be carried out with the hydraulic press stopped, and a cushion block should be placed under the slider for reliable support
