Servo Composite Hydraulic Press (also called FRP hydraulic press) is mainly used for the molding process of SMC, DMC, GMT and LFT-D products in automotive lightweight, unit bathroom, aerospace, rail traffic, city construction, lower-voltage electric and some other areas.

This kind of hydraulic press can be divided into the following structures:

1, Four column structure: 

This is the most common structure type, which is especially used by large-scale free forging hydraulic press. Small composite presses also use this structure.

Advantages: small floor space, low cost.

Disadvantages: poor resistance to eccentric load, poor stability, unable to adjust parallelism.

2, Frame structure:

Frame structure press runs stably, service life is long, so this structure is widely applied in recent two years. According to its table size and design standard, frame structure is usually divided into integral frame and split frame structure.

Integral frame: the main frame is welded as a whole.

Advantages: small processing amount, simple structure, light weight and low cost.

Disadvantages: low precision, high transportation cost and limited processing.

Split frame: the first choice of large table press.

Advantages: high precision, easy to process, transport and install

Disadvantages: large processing volume, heavy weight, high cost and highly difficult installation

The split frame type is divided into key pin type and pull rod type:

Split key pin type: use key pin and screw to connect the posts and beams as a whole which has light weight.

Split pull rod type: use pull rod and square column to connect the frame as a whole which has large weight and high strength.

Disadvantages of pull rod type: it has height requirement of plant, difficult installation and high cost.
